Q. Can I have a sample order before order?
A. Yes, FREE samples is provided for most of products, you just pay
for freight cost. If you have freight account such as
DHL/FedEx/UPS..,we can provide freight collect service for you.
Q. What about the lead time?
Sample lead time is within 7 days. Mass production time for OEM
product is around 30 days. Generally product produce time is 10-15
days.
Q. What is the MOQ?
A. No MOQ, small order is acceptable. If you need OEM, we need
discuss after we get vour requirement
Q. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A. For small order, we will ship by UPS, DHL, FedEx or TNT. It will
take 3-5 days to arrive.For bulk order. Ship by sea or air is for
your choose.
Q. What is the Payment term?
A. Normally 30% deposit, 70% paied before delivery. You can pay by
T/T, Trade Assurance, Credit card, PayPal, Western Union and so on.
